Children
We welcome children of all ages as our very special guests. There is no additional room charge for children under the age of 4, breakfast vouchers are not included. An additional fee of $25 for children over age 5 will be applied. This in turn, gives an additional breakfast voucher of $12.50.

Pets
We apologize that pets are not permitted at the Bay View Inn, with the exception of service animals for guests with special needs. We would be happy to assist you in locating local boarding.

Special Assistance
Built in 1886, the Bay View Inn has taken great effort to accommodate our guests with disabilities. The main entrance is ramp accessible from the parking lot. All common areas of the Inn are also accessible by wheelchair. Should you require special assistance of any kind, please let us know in advance so that we can assure your visit is hassle-free and memorable.

Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that guests give us notice at least 7 days prior to their arrival date should they wish to cancel. Refunds will be made only if reservations are cancelled 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.

Smoking Policy
The Bay View Inn is proud to be a completely smoke-free property.

Inclusive Breakfast
Our guests receive a $25 breakfast voucher each morning of their stay ($12.50 per person). Sorry, this does not apply to third party bookings.

Complimentary Beverages
House guests of the Bay View Inn will enjoy complimentary lemonade, iced tea and coffee throughout their stay.

In-Room Sundries
Guests will enjoy fine bath supplies, ironing boards, irons and hair dryers.

24 Hour Front Desk
Our front desk operates 24 hours each day and a professional associate is eager to assist with your request at all times.

Air-Conditioning
All guest rooms and dining areas at the Inn are fully air-conditioned for our guests’ enjoyment.

Business Center Services
For those requiring the conveniences of the office, the Inn is happy to provide complimentary business center services such as facsimile transmissions, photo copies and e-mail service. Guests may receive faxes at 231-347-3413 and should have the sender note the guests name and arrival date on a cover page. E-mails may be sent to bayviewmail@staffords.com and should also include the guest’s name and arrival in the subject line. The Bay View Inn is pleased to offer complimentary wireless Internet access throughout the property.

The Inn Library
House guests of Stafford’s Bay View Inn can enjoy our cozy library, filled with games, books, magazines and 24-hour coffee and tea service.

Television
To preserve the charm and atmosphere of our beautiful property, televisions are not present in guest rooms. Televisions are located in the Sun Room and the Library.

Bicycles
While visiting, house guests may enjoy use of several bicycles to visit near-by areas. Petoskey’s historic Gaslight District is a short two mile ride to the south. For those seeking a longer trip, an expansive bike route extends from Bay Harbor to Harbor Springs and passes directly in front of the Inn.

The Bay View Inn gift shop carries a host of unique gifts that represent up north vacations at their very best. From our home to yours, you will find regional items, logo merchandise and an assortment of gift items. Tesla & Universal Car Charging Station
We are proud to offer a charging station for our guests. We offer a Tesla Charging Station and a Clipper Creek Universal Charging Station for smart cars. House guests are free to use this as an additional amenity while staying with us.
